A patient being transported in an ambulance Tuesday night overpowered EMS workers inside and stole the vehicle.
Kentucky State Police say the patient, who hasn’t been identified, became aggressive during transport and was able to somehow overpower EMS workers, leaving them on the side of westbound Interstate 64 and taking off in the American Medical Response ambulance.
