Lexington Police say a driver may not have known he or she hit a woman while she was walking Wednesday afternoon.
The accident happened just after 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of West Short St and North Broadway.
Police say a silver car ran over a woman’s feet and she hurt her arm and shoulder when she fell.

She was taken to UK Hospital and treated for her injuries.
