Police in Shelby County say one man was behind a police chase, three crashes and an attempted robbery and carjacking all within about 15 minutes.
State police say it all began when 32-year-old Jonathan Curtis rolled through a stop sign.
Troopers tried pulling him over, but he kept going and crashed into a woman’s car.

Officials say Curtis tried to carjack a man, and when that didn’t work, he took off in an off duty army specialist’s truck.
When he was cornered again, he tried running away, but was finally captured.
