A Frankfort healthcare worker pleaded guilty to charges of sodomy and sexual abuse in court Tuesday.
23-year-old Damon J. Heath of Frankfort entered a guilty plea in Franklin Circuit Court. As part of the plea agreement, Heath will agree to serve 15 years in prison. Heath is scheduled to be sentenced on July 24, at 2:00 p.m. in Franklin Circuit Court.
Damon Heath worked as a caregiver at Community Choices Unlimited, an organization that cares for intellectually disabled adults. Heath admitted to investigators that he engaged in sexual conduct with two victims on multiple occasions at various locations in Franklin County from April 2013 until January 2015.

Four other employees of Community Choices Unlimited charged with felony wanton neglect and misdemeanor failure to report abuse.
Louis Dewayne Milligan, Randy Ricardo Driver, Tammy D. Humphrey, and Toshia J. Redding are scheduled to be arraigned in Franklin Circuit Court on June 19, at 9 a.m.
First-degree sexual abuse and third-degree sodomy are Class D felonies.
