Several individuals have been arrested in a federal investigation that stretched from Las Vegas, Nevada to Pulaski County.
Pulaski County Sheriff’s officials announced that several individuals had been arrested on federal indictments as a result of a joint operation of the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office and the Drug Enforcement Administration in London, Ky.
Information gained from a five month investigation uncovered a conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine from Las Vegas, Nevada to Pulaski County, Kentucky.

Pulaski Co. Sheriff Greg Speck said in a press release, “With the collaborative efforts of state and federal agencies as well as the Lake Cumberland Area Drug Task Force, the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office is able to extend the enforcement efforts outside of Pulaski County to identify and eliminate drug suppliers that are trafficking illicit drugs to our community.”
The arrests of six individuals from Nevada and Kentucky began in June and culminated on Friday with the arrest of two Somerset men.
All six individuals were charged with conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine. Arrested were: Brandon Barnes, age 36 of Nashville, Tennessee who was presently living in Las Vegas. Barnes was arrested at the Science Hill residence of Kristie Dungan, age 45 who was also charged in the conspiracy. Gary Rollins, age 55 of Eubank, Kentucky who was apprehended in Mc Creary County. Raymond McClainahan, age 43 of Las Vegas, Nevada. Bryant Johnson, age 43 of Somerset and Charles E. (Buddy) Jones, age 47 of Somerset.
