Somerset Police issued a Golden Alert for a 37-year-old man Saturday evening. Richard Fuquay is a resident of Somerview Personal Care Home on North Main Street and signed himself out just after 4 p.m. Saturday. According to police, Fuquay told staff he was going to take a walk but never returned.
Fuquay is a white male standing 5’7″ tall and weighing 175 pounds. He has dark hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a red and white letterman jacket.

He has family ties to Albany, Kentucky and suffers from a mental disorder. He can become aggressive if approached.
