The director of the Marion County High School Band is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student, according to the Lebanon Enterprise.
Curtis Bennett, 33, is charged with unlawful transaction with a minor and video voyeurism.

The sheriff tells the paper that they found evidence of the relationship with the female student.
The school’s superintendent says the school district is also investigating.
