Investigators from the Springfield Police Department arrested 28-year-old Justin Richard Waldrip Friday on multiple charges stemming from an online sexual predator sting operation, according to a department news release.
Authorities say a Springfield Police Detective posing as a 14-year-old girl corresponded online with Waldrip over a two day period and during those online conversations, police say Waldrip “expressed his desire to engage in sexual contact with a known minor and arranged to meet her.”
