The Madison County Sheriff Department said they need the public’s help identifying two men involved in a burglary. The crime happened just before 5 a.m. on Thursday morning, at the Dollar General Store located at 1605 Boonesboro Road in Richmond.
According to Madison County Sheriff Mike Coyle, two men broke the lower window of the front door and entered the business. After getting inside, investigators said one of men broke the glass on a display case and stole cigarettes as well as other items.

Deputies said the first burglar to enter the store was wearing red pants, red hooded sweat shirt, tennis shoes, and a red bandana over his face to conceal his identity. The second burglar was wearing blue jeans, a blue hooded sweat shirt, tennis shoes, and he wore a blue bandana to hide his identity. Both of the individuals appeared to be wearing gloves.
