A Richmond man is in jail this week after police say he admitted to throwing Molotov cocktails at a woman.
Joshua Spivey is lodged at the Madison County Detention Center where he is facing a wanton endangerment charge for allegedly throwing two homemade explosives at a female victim.

Richmond Police arrested Spivey Monday morning near his home on North Street. According to an arrest citation, Spivey was on the front porch yelling and cursing at her, before throwing two cocktails that police describe as being crudely made.
The devices landed and ignited near where the victim was standing.
Spivey also told police he had used drugs throughout the day.
