A Fleming County mother hopes someone will step forward and help find her missing son.
It has been a little more than a month since 41-year-old Wesley Mattox was last seen.
His mother, Jean Mattox, told LEX 18 she last saw her son on October 11.
The next day, Jean said she was told Wesley was walking to the store with his dog Redd but never returned home or called his mom. Jean said the two spoke on the phone every day, but she hasn’t heard from him since October 11.

Jean said she fears that something happened to her son on his way home.
“Please come forward. I just want to bring him home, wherever he is, however he is. I don’t want to leave here not knowing where my son is,” said Jean.
Jean said Wesley’s dog, Redd, came home four days after Wesley was reported missing.
Wesley is described as being about 5’9’’ and 180 pounds.
If you have any information about Wesley Mattox, please call either the Fleming County Sheriff’s Office or Kentucky State Police.
