A man was arrested on drug charges following a report of a suspicious person making threats at a Berea home.
Deputies say that the caller told them an unknown man had made threats to a person at the home on Old US 25.
A deputy was able to make contact with Dewayne Thacker on Battlefield Memorial Highway. Thacker was later identified as the party making the threats as well as being under the influence.

Thacker was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence and operating on a suspended license.
Deputy Paul Lay seized about 24 grams of Methamphetamine, .3 grams of Cocaine, 1.8 grams of Marijuana, 14 Tizanidine tablets, rolling papers, and a pipe. Deputy Lay said that $360 in US currency was also recovered.
The 41-year-old from Nicholasville was charged with Operating on a Suspended or Revoked License, DUI 2nd Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Cocaine), Trafficking a Controlled Substance Within 1000 Feet of a School, Trafficking in Legend Drugs 1st Offense, and Trafficking a Controlled Substance 1stDegree 1st Offense (Methamphetamine).
He was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.
