Last month, Steven Thomas pleaded guilty to 16 counts of robbery.

Police believe he was behind several robberies in Erlanger, Crescent Springs, Fort Mitchell, Covington, and Florence from 2015 through 2016.
He was referred to as the “shirt mask bandit” due to the fact he tried to conceal his face behind a shirt during each robbery.
