An arrest has been made in connection to a February kidnapping in Knox County.
Kentucky State Police say James Davis, 21, kidnapped Douglas Middleton on Feb. 15 and kept him in a shed for 17 days.

Middleton was found in a wooded area suffering from frost bite. He was taken to the University of Tennessee Medical Center where both of his legs had to be amputated.
Davis has been charged with kidnapping an adult.
