The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky issued an arrest warrant for Eric C. Conn on Saturday.
Conn reportedly removed his electronic monitoring device and his whereabouts are unknown.

In March, Conn pleaded guilty for his role in a $550,000,000 Social Security fraud scheme. He was currently out on bond pending his sentencing next month.
