Four people allegedly involved in a scheme that almost killed a woman at a Boyle County pizza restaurant have been indicted, including a 16-year-old who will be tried as an adult.
The Advocate Messenger reports Robin Adams, Patrick Brand, Rico Penix and Nathaniel Sinclair-Davis were all indicted on first degree assault and robbery charges.

The group is accused of calling in a fake order to the Domino’s pizza in Danville, where Zoe Reed was working alone after the driver left to deliver the fake order.
Police say two people went in, robbed the store and shot Reed.
The newspaper says Reed identified 16-year-old Nathaniel Sinclair-Davis as the possible shooter. In a testimony in October, however, both Adams and Brand told police Penix may have been the shooter.
All four are scheduled to be back in court for an arraignment on Tuesday.
