Pedophile Tracking Two Men Indicted After Being Accused of Sex Trafficking Two Girls

Two men have been indicted on child sex abuse and trafficking charges after police say they tried to force two teenage girls into prostitution at a Tyler hotel.

James Ellis, 21, of Addison, and Quintus Blaylock, 24, of Tyler, were arrested and booked into the Smith County Jail in December.

Ellis was indicted on charges of trafficking of persons under the age of 18, sexual assault of a child and fraudulent use or possession of identifying information. His bonds total $355,000.

Blaylock was indicted on charges of trafficking of persons under the age of 18, indecency with a child and fraudulent use or possession of identifying information. His bonds total $450,000.

These men were arrested after what began as an investigation into a credit card abuse case in December 2016.

http://liarcatchers.com/pedophile_tracking.html

In the case, Tyler police said a stolen credit card was used to rent a room at a hotel in the 3200 block of Gentry Parkway.

When officers served a search warrant on Dec. 13, detectives contacted suspects Ellis and Blaylock in their hotel room and found two girls, one 15 and the other 14, hiding in the bathroom.

The arrest warrant affidavit reveals the girls, both identified as chronic runaways, were taken in by officers, during which time one of them made an outcry to an officer that Ellis had sex with her. Both girls also indicated they were being trafficked for sexual purposes.

One of the girls reported Ellis traveled to Dallas to pick her up so she could come to Tyler to be an exotic dancer and engage in private dancing for money, according to the affidavit. She contacted her best friend, who agreed to come with her.

When they arrived in Tyler, the affidavit states that they all went to Blaylock’s residence. One of the girls said she and Ellis had sexual relations at the location. The other said at one point Blaylock touched her inappropriately.

One of the girls advised Ellis obtained photos of them in their undergarments, created pages on Backpage.com and listed them as 18-year-olds. The affidavit states the girls were then told they were going to have sex with people for money and the girls’ personal cell phone numbers were listed in the ad.

In the affidavit, a Tyler Police Department detective said he observed text messages consistent with the girls’ story. Unidentified subjects responded to the ad, with one offering $1,000.

In December 2016, the two female juveniles were taken back to the Dallas area on a directive to apprehend by juvenile courts.

Private Investigator: Grant Co. Teen Dies After Accidental Shooting

KSP says that a teen in Grant County died after accidentally shooting himself.

KSP responded to the call on Kelly Drive in Crittenden about an accidental shooting around 2:20 a.m. Monday morning.

Detectives say that the initial investigation shows that 17-year-old Roy Hamon was manipulating a handgun when he accidentally shot himself in the head.

KSP says that at this time, no foul play is suspected.

“He liked to act like he was big and bad, but inside he was much gentler than he’d let people believe,” said Hamon’s aunt, Regina McDaniel.

http://liarcatchers.com/contact.php

The Grant County High School senior was hanging out with his two older sisters and a couple of friends when they say he pulled out a gun.

Hamon said it was unloaded, but then the gun went off.

“It’s not a story in a book. It’s not a movie. It’s not a character. It’s real life, it’s their brother, and they never get to see him again,” said McDaniel.

Word spread across social media on Monday morning, so grief counselors were called to the school to console Hamon’s friends and classmates.

His aunt hopes people learn from this. It’s a sobering reminder that a gun is not a toy, but a weapon that can kill, and affect the lives left behind.

“It’s not a game, it’s not funny. It’s not a good Snapchat. There’s nothing funny about it,” said McDaniel.

There’s a GoFundMe page to help with funeral expenses.

Private Detective: Daughter Charged After Mother Found in Filth

Deputies in Franklin County have released pictures from inside a Frankfort home where they say an adult daughter neglected to care for her mother.

Deputies had told LEX 18 that the conditions inside the home were terrible, but the photos released Monday show a house covered in feces and urine, even on the kitchen stove.

Even the neighbors didn’t know how bad it was inside of the home on Stable Lane.

The 75-year-old woman was found lying on the floor, surrounded by filth. There were 18 cats and nine dogs in the home.

“There were first responders coming out and throwing up after they walked out of that residence,” said Sheriff Pat Melton.

http://liarcatchers.com/contact.php

According to deputies, four of those dogs had to be euthanized.

Investigators charged the victim’s daughter, Heather Rash, with neglect of an elderly adult and animal abuse.

“To let a woman, your mother, lay in the floor in a pile of feces for several hours and you wouldn’t pick her up because you were afraid of losing your animals,” said Sheriff Melton. “That’s inexcusable.”

Sheriff Melton told LEX 18 that the house had probably been like that for months.

“For quite a period of time. Months, probably a year or longer,” he said.

Sheriff Melton said that the victim is now in state custody and getting the care and attention she deserves.
